Base has some damage.  Almost complete - no mirror.

Photoing On Car Blue Tin Toy Battery Operated Lithographed Car

This is a special combination toy which is in reasonable condition but there are some problems.  The girl's head is not secure and can come off.  There is corrosion in the battery housing and one battery contact is missing.  It has its original box but it is a little battered.  We have not been able to test the mechanics.  (It should be able to drive around and when it stops the camera should flash.)
